Miro

Was challenged by Miro, an collaborative whiteboarding platform, to help them with thier recruitment needs. As the company is rapidly growing needs across different countries, Miro requested for initiatives to attract new candidates. 

The approach was derived from asking the question “how people search from for work”. In the research phase we concluded that most people are casual gazers who primary depend on social media for updates. This lead to an proposed updated look & feel for Instagram which included the streamlining of posts, story and ads, as well as the introduction of reels. For Linkedin regular recruitment posts were created to highlight and attract the passive Linkedin users. Finally the recruitment page of the website was refreshed to consolidate, streamline and put more emphasis on what matters most to a potential candidate.
